Further details at Freemanz regarding his arrest by MBTA police while at a public demonstration at Park Street station in Boston.
His equipment has since been ordered to be returned. Though he does not yet have all of his items especially one related to his reporting efforts.
At the time of his arrest he did not say anything but someone asked the two questions that are supposed to be answered, 'where are you taking him?' and 'what are the charges?'. Freemanz didn't hear a response.
The charge is wiretapping during a time in which a microphone was in his hand and clearly in public.
Freemanz was bailed out by the A.N.S.W.E.R. coalition.
One of the last times Freemanz was on No Censorship Radio he mentioned the first amendment zones.
